Business Development Manager IT Recruitment
Job description
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the IT staffing industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the IT sector, particularly with IT clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base within the IT sector.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prospective client organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Subhujo Technologies, representing our values and capabilities to clients and partners.
