Job description

Sandhurst (Gauteng) - Support a national financial advisory team through centralized business development initiatives. Combine analytical and advisory support in a high-impact role as a business development manager in the financial services sector. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our client is a well-established financial services firm providing integrated support to a national network of financial advisors. The team values structured processes, training, and data-driven practice improvement.

This role focuses on supporting financial advisors and business development managers with endorsed planning processes, client analysis, and operational efficiencies. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities and driving tool adoption across practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver endorsed financial plans and client reviews with advisors.
  • Provide virtual client support and training.
  • Analyse client databases and assist in opportunity identification.
  • Support usage tracking of advisory tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with regional business developers on client strategies.
  • Assist in improving practice performance and efficiencies.
  • Monitor KPIs, track goals, and support development initiatives.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Remuneration:
R20 000 - R25 000 Cost to Company + Performance Incentives
