Operating across the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and Gauteng, this company is known for delivering innovative, high-quality engineering services tailored to various industry sectors.

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence across South Africa.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Manage and update CRM systems for accurate customer data and engagement tracking.
  • Implement business development strategies aligned with marketing and corporate goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively secure Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Convert high-priority tenders into confirmed sales through strategic bid management and client follow-up.

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media and digital publications.
