Duties & Responsibilities
Client Interaction
  • Develop sales strategy and drive strategic sales and business development
  • Manage client interactions and oversee the client renewal process, including sending renewal emails and following up on proposals
  • Develop proposals for new clients and create presentations on our profile and offerings
  • Prepare tenders and handle client complaints and queries, maintaining relevant records
  • Coordinate technical requests from clients to analysts and provide feedback
  • Conduct sales presentations and manage accounts post-project to ensure satisfaction
Analyst Interaction
  • Collaborate with sales administrators and analysts to ensure client retention
  • Refer technical queries to analysts and relay feedback to clients
  • Coordinate proposal finalization and project initiation
Sales Administration and CRM
  • Oversee and support CRM database management and updates
  • Generate sales reports and develop sales strategies
  • Schedule client meetings and conduct industry research to identify prospects
Branding, Marketing, and Social Media
  • Oversee website updates, LinkedIn profile, and social media activities
  • Prepare marketing materials and package sales initiatives
Remuneration

Salary: Basic salary starting at around R28,000 – R40,000 CTC, plus commission and incentives. The exact package will depend on experience and skillsets.
