Market Growth: Explore new applications and solutions within the Agricultural market.
Strategic Planning: Identify market trends and propose actions to align with those trends or create new ones. Identify potential opportunities, proposing actions to take advantage of those opportunities.
Metrics and Reporting: Track Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as and not limited to: i. Revenue growth ii. Partnership success iii. Market penetration.
EDUCATION:
Minimum qualification: Grade 12 (3 year tertiary education valuable)
EXPERIENCE:
5 Years+ experience in Capital Equipment industry in the Agricultural market.
Demonstrates a high level of understanding of agricultural environment and requirements.
Proven track record in Sales Management.
Experience in working with senior stakeholders and Client relationship management.
High competence in computer literacy and data analysis.
Adept at learning methods, process and strategies related to Agriculture.
Cultural awareness.
