MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to effectively drive sales into the Securities and Asset Managers businesses as well as other wealth offerings through Retail channels and develop and retain strong working relationships with external financial planning practices and Retail investors. Drive strategic growth and market penetration for Securities, Asset Managers, and other wealth offerings by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships. Lead client acquisition and retention strategies across retail and institutional channels, ensuring alignment with the overall Wealth's growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Promote and distribute securities and asset management solutions together with other wealth offerings.
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and external financial advisers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share regionally.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance brand awareness.
Conduct client presentations, workshops, and events to promote wealth solutions and deepen client engagement.
Provide strategic input into product development to ensure competitive and client-centric offerings.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance client experience and drive sales.
Assist and drive marketing initiatives/campaigns.
Cross sell products and solutions.
Assist the head of the division with strategic planning initiatives.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain a CRM system.
Provide management reports to the head of the division.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the financial planning environment, with a proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services or wealth management industry.
Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements in the wealth management and securities sectors.
Extremely client/service oriented with high levels of business etiquette and communication skills.
