Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sales in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct
2. Self-source and convert business leads into trading accounts
3. Track leads and document interactions with prospects through our CRM Database
4. Fully understand and be able to communicate clearly the Management's USP's both internally and externally
5. Listen, converse and make business recommendations in a professional manner with potential clients
6. Prepare and present business documents, including presentations both internally and externally
7. Establish and develop strong client relationships
8. Demonstrate good business acumen especially in the area of Margin
9. Assist the Head of Business Development (Area) in achieving short, medium and long term goals for Management
10. Assist the Quality Assurance Department with corrective action, when required
11. Attend regular monthly product presentations and Finance & Administration and Operations meetings when requested
12. Establish and develop strong relationships with all departments
13. Report competitor and client activities to the Head of Business Development (Area) on an ongoing basis
