We’re seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to excellence. You should be target-driven, with a natural ability to close deals and consistently exceed goals.

Salary: Basic + commission OTE: R1 300 000 per annum.
Employment Type: Permanent.
Workplace: In-Office (Hybrid Role).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in an Enterprise Software Sales role with a proven track record in exceeding challenging targets.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Must be comfortable in a hybrid, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Experience with risk management software such as CURA, ACL, BarnOwl, or ISOMETRIX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and manage a strong new business pipeline using effective prospecting techniques.
- Apply strategic sales methodologies to convert qualified leads into successful software sales.
- Prepare compelling business cases, proposals, tenders, presentations, and sales contracts tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales status reports, including activities, next steps, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts aligned to targets.
- Ensure the CRM system (Salesforce) is consistently updated with all relevant and current information.
- Take a solution-based selling approach, focusing on client needs rather than just product features.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge to support customer education and awareness.
- Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge, confidently articulating the unique benefits and value of the solution.
