Business Acquisition Manager

Industry: FinTech, Cash & Capital Lending Solutions

Purpose of the Role
  1. Market and sell the company's range of Merchant Acquiring / POS services, Cash Management, and Business Capital Lending solutions.
  2. Source clients through face-to-face and strategic marketing engagements.
  3. Develop the area by targeting independent retailers and opening new markets.
  4. Achieve the required sales activity standards and KPIs.
  5. Display discipline and professionalism to grow the company's client base.
Skills and Attributes
  1. Experience in face-to-face client acquisition in the financial, payments, or technical sales industry.
  2. Top performer with strong hunting sales skills.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong closing skills, discipline, and determination.
  5. Organizational and planning skills, with effective time management.
  6. Confident, professional demeanor, and strong people skills.
  7. Problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications and Requirements

Experience
  1. Minimum 3 years of client sourcing experience.

  5. Ability to work in a high-pressure, top-performing sales environment.
  6. Knowledge of the payment industry is advantageous.
