Join Our Team as a Manager for Business Development!

iLEAD et al is seeking a strategic and dynamic Business Development Manager to enhance our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives on creating opportunities and expanding networks. If you excel at fostering client relationships, achieving sales targets, and have keen insights into digital media, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Ability: Consistently close sales and contribute to sustainable growth.
  2. Scoping: Identify leads aligned with the company's ideal client profile for long-term growth.
  3. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and company targets.
  4. Sales Execution: Understand and articulate the company's offerings to clients.
  5. New Client Acquisition: Generate leads, prepare proposals, and onboard clients per company standards.
  6. Lead Management: Communicate professionally and timely with leads.
  7. Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and partners.
  8. Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports to the Head of Business Development.
  9. Onboarding: Manage client onboarding and agreements.
  10. Collaborative Efforts: Work with Account Management and Operations teams.
  11. Compliance: Ensure valid contracts and adherence to company processes.
  12. Innovation: Develop strategies to attract suitable clients.
  13. Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and certifications.
  14. Team Involvement: Participate in team-building activities.
  15. Time Management: Use company software for efficient time tracking and reporting.
Requirements
