Job Description:

To achieve sales targets set for the Sourceworx fiscal year and ensure the promotion of effective sales principles to meet revenue goals.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric Certificate required.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field is advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Understanding of ICT sales strategies is preferable.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the ICT sector.
  • Proven track record of closing sales volumes in ICT Sector Sales.
  • Experienced IT Sales Professional with a record of selling Microsoft, Cloud, and IT Networks products and services.

Technical Skills:

Business Acumen - Applies commercial insight to respond promptly and appropriately to business matters to influence positive outcomes.

Sales Skills - Executes planned activities to increase sales of products and services in line with targets.

Sales Management - Manages efforts to attain and oversee Sourceworx sales objectives. A Business Development Manager may be involved in activities such as formulating sales strategies, developing account management policies, and creating sales plans.
