To achieve sales targets set for the Sourceworx fiscal year and ensure the promotion of effective sales principles to meet revenue goals.

Technical Skills:
Business Acumen - Applies commercial insight to respond promptly and appropriately to business matters to influence positive outcomes.
Sales Skills - Executes planned activities to increase sales of products and services in line with targets.
Sales Management - Manages efforts to attain and oversee Sourceworx sales objectives. A Business Development Manager may be involved in activities such as formulating sales strategies, developing account management policies, and creating sales plans.
