Business Development Manager _ Based in Gauteng and reporting to the National Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be required to develop, close and maintain new business clients aligned to the strategic and operational imperatives of the company. A successful track record working within the service industry combined with deep experience in the TES and Recruitment environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities :
Proactively pursue and secure new business opportunities and markets that will contribute to the growth and expansion of the company.
Identify and target potential new client relationships through cold calling, lead generation, networking.
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to successfully build a client base.
Maintain a real-time new business (sales) pipeline supported by comprehensive and accurate reports.
Maximise selling time with detailed planning of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience / Qualification :
Previous experience and proven ability to develop, secure and maintain new business, opportunities and achievement of agreed targets.
Five years new business development management / sales experience and proven strong sales track record within the TES industry.
Strong networking skills and a professional personal image.
Target and deadline driven with a sense of urgency.
Results driven, people’s person with the ability to converse at all levels (fluent in English and Afrikaans)
Exhibit self-motivation, goal orientation and the ability to work both independently and within a high-performance team environment.
Lateral thinking, intuitive but analytical decision making.
A positive, confident and determined approach.
Code 08 Drivers license with own vehicle.
Knowledge of and experience in the MS Office suite of products.
