Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R40,000 - R60,000 per month (base) + uncapped commission

About the Role

Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for closing deals and growing partnerships? We're on the lookout for a confident and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and take the lead on engaging qualified leads, managing key accounts, and expanding our partner network.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Meeting with potential clients and partners to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Leading the full sales cycle - from first contact to signed deal
  • Growing and managing our partner and reseller program
  • Delivering product demos and conducting on-site visits
  • Structuring pricing and proposals with commercial confidence
  • Representing the brand at meetings, events, and in the market
  • Keeping your CRM pipeline healthy and up to date
  • Reporting on sales activity and pipeline progress
What We're Looking For
  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • A confident communicator who thrives in meetings and presentations
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen and pricing skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Willingness to travel and host client-facing events
  • A strong track record in sales
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in SaaS, or IT security
  • An existing network in office tech, facilities management, or security sectors
  • Familiarity with partner/reseller program management
