Hikvision is the world's largest supplier of video surveillance products and solutions.

The company specializes in video surveillance technology, as well as designing and manufacturing a full line of innovative CCTV and video surveillance products.

Since its establishment, Hikvision has quickly achieved a leading worldwide market position in the security industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. System Integrator (SI) Development, Maintenance and Management.
  2. Deal and support Key SI according to the classification and division, establishing and growing SI customer base from Assigned KPI.
  3. Regularly communicate with Key Customers to promote long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction through business visits, training, daily communication, and interactions.
  4. Improve Share of Wallet of Hikvision products and create demand for Hikvision in Key customers.
  5. Understand the organizational structure and requirements of customers to establish and improve customer profile.
  6. Provide training and other sales support to satisfy customer's business opportunities.
  7. Collect feedback of SI's procurement channels, and communicate with Channel Sales Team to promote and resolve related issues.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and develop further business.
  9. Focus on budget analysis, competitiveness, and decision chain to classify and recognize Business opportunities.
  10. Focus on developing government-related clients and business.
  11. Establish and implement strategy of key business opportunities.
  12. Weekly review and follow up on business opportunities to plan.
  13. Work with BD team for large or cross-regional opportunities, report and share the information and challenges during project execution.

Production Introduction:

  1. Coordinate product and marketing department to develop and implement product strategy for key customers according to their requirements.
  2. Evaluate product promotion from Business opportunities and output.

Marketing:

  1. Coordinate with marketing department to cooperate with customer's marketing activities according to their requirements.
  2. Invite customers to participate in the company or National Distributor's marketing activities.
  3. Provide support to customers according to their industry specialties and users' profiles.
  4. Collect and explore customer's requirements to analyze and stipulate business strategies.
  5. Cooperate with marketing and product department to provide sufficient information.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. At least 5 years working experience in technical security industry / CCTV and worked as project manager or specialist in Manufacturers or SI.
  2. Have great experience in creating, developing, and managing relationships with Large System integrators.
  3. Having relationships, connections, or experience in the government sector is a plus.
  4. Passionate and Sales Driven.
  5. Persistent and Pro-active.
  6. Problem-solving aptitude.
  7. Ability to work independently.
  8. Good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  9. Strong team spirit.
  10. Experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
