Business Development Manager

We’re a growing SaaS company helping businesses unlock the power of data to make smarter decisions. We’re now on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who’s all about bringing in new business, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

If you’re driven, proactive, and love the thrill of turning a cold lead into a signed client, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the hunt – You’ll proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking — whatever it takes.
  • Start conversations that lead to sales – You know how to speak to the right people, uncover pain points, and tailor your pitch to show them real value.
  • Run the full sales cycle – From the first meeting to the final close, you’ll drive the process and bring in revenue.
  • Work with a great team – You’ll collaborate with our product and sales teams to make sure what we promise is what we deliver.
  • Track and grow – Use CRM tools to track your pipeline, learn from what’s working, and keep improving.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales (SaaS or tech is a bonus)
  • Confidence in cold outreach and speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Proven ability to close new business and hit (or beat!) targets
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you don’t wait, you create
  • Strong communication skills and a love for building relationships
