Job Description: To drive the growth of the business in partnership with Private Advisors by delivering on strategy, managing various business development activities and initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of the portfolio's key objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line support on escalations outside of turnaround times.
  • Managing all segment leadership requests.
  • Reporting challenges within regions and managing expectations.
  • Managing the full process from quote submission to completion.
  • Supporting lead usage and seeking opportunities through adviser tools.
  • Driving campaign management for all newly launched campaigns, tracking, and maintaining momentum.
  • Tracking progress towards monthly budgets and developing strategies to close gaps.
  • Analyzing and developing implementation plans against financial forecasts.
  • Developing tactical budgets to minimize expenditure and manage costs.
  • Building relationships to manage expectations and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Upskilling and coaching frontline advisors on upselling techniques.
  • Implementing practices for service delivery excellence and efficiency.
  • Modeling behaviors that foster rewarding relationships and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining expertise on legislative changes and industry best practices.
  • Providing input on governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Participating in management forums and cascading relevant information.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies through project grouping.
