Critical outputs of the role include identifying leads, supporting campaigns, and building relationships within assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support on escalations outside of turnaround time.
• Manage all segment leadership requests.
• Report challenges within regions and manage expectations.
• Manage the full process from submission of quotes to completion.
• Support lead generation through adviser tools.
• Drive campaign management for new launches, tracking progress and maintaining momentum.
• Track and contribute to achieving monthly budgets and strategize to close gaps.
• Develop and analyze financial implementation plans and budgets.
• Build relationships to manage expectations and share knowledge.
• Upskill and coach frontline advisors to enhance upselling capabilities.
• Implement practices for service excellence and efficiency.
• Model and coach behaviors for relationship building and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and ethics policies.
• Participate in management forums and share relevant information.
