To drive the growth of the business in partnership with Private Advisors by delivering on strategy, managing various business development activities and initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of the portfolio's key objectives.

Critical outputs of the role include identifying leads, supporting campaigns, and building relationships within assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support on escalations outside of turnaround time.
  • Manage all segment leadership requests.
  • Report challenges within regions and manage expectations.
  • Manage the full process from submission of quotes to completion.
  • Support lead generation through adviser tools.
  • Drive campaign management for new launches, tracking progress and maintaining momentum.
  • Track and contribute to achieving monthly budgets and strategize to close gaps.
  • Develop and analyze financial implementation plans and budgets.
  • Build relationships to manage expectations and share knowledge.
  • Upskill and coach frontline advisors to enhance upselling capabilities.
