We operate a 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Karjat district, Maharashtra, with an in-house technology and product development centre engaged in constant innovation.

Our product range includes 10 litre drums to litre MS Barrels and GI Barrels, used for packaging lubricant oils, greases, adhesives, transformer oil, chemicals, agrochemicals, food products, fruit products, bitumen, and bitumen emulsion.

Job Description: About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong, long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will manage the sales pipeline, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage both existing sales pipelines and new business development, aiming to meet sales quotas and adjust strategies as needed.
  2. Proposal Development: Lead the creation of new business proposals and presentations to develop opportunities and partnerships.
  3. Trend Analysis and Pipeline Building: Identify trends and customer needs to build a sales pipeline aligned with targets.
  4. Strategy Development: Develop strategies by analyzing new venture integration and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Marketing Coordination: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and delegate tasks to achieve goals.
  6. Team Motivation and Performance Tracking: Motivate the team, track performance, and ensure objectives are met.
  7. Industry and Customer Insights: Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, and discuss strategies with managers and stakeholders.
  8. Proposal Management: Manage proposal responses, including RFP requirements and content creation.
  9. Lead Generation and Opportunity Management: Generate leads, identify decision-makers, and facilitate negotiations.
  10. Sales Strategy and Process Improvement: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and best practices.
  11. Deal Structuring and Pricing: Support deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations.
  12. Professional Development: Maintain professional knowledge through education, networking, and industry events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation with measurable outcomes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, sales techniques, data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, CRM software proficiency, and impactful presentation skills.
