Job description

We are looking to hire a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Passionate about building strong client relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and delivering innovative solutions.

What you'll do :
  1. Identify and develop new markets to position Temporary employment services.
  2. Identify areas to increase growth and profitability.
  3. Create leads and prospects to support a pipeline that can be converted to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Set up calls and present Talent Solution proposals to leads and prospects.
  5. Design, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market.
  6. Understand competitor analysis and adjust marketing strategies to grow faster than competitors.
  7. Continuously monitor changing customer and market trends to identify areas of business growth.
  8. Conduct customer research to identify new products responsive to changing customer needs and communicate findings with the team.
  9. Execute business strategies for discovering new clients and business nationally.
  10. Draft new contract proposals and close new business deals.
  11. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  12. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
  13. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

Required experience includes:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sales in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with people solutions such as BPO, outsourcing, talent acquisition, and payroll services is preferred.

Key competencies include strategic influence, entrepreneurial thinking, and customer-centricity.

Basic financial management understanding, including GP margins.

Qualifications :

Grade 12

Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

Preferred qualifications :

Project management experience or certifications

Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or related field

Other applicable information :

Work environment : Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
