Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Background in Business Development : Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets within eCommerce, SaaS, or technology-focused environments.
Strategic Thinking : Adept at researching markets and crafting strategies to tap into new client segments and partnership opportunities.
Sales Expertise : Skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, accounting software, and / or data integration tools is highly advantageous.
Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to technical teams.
Analytical Mindset : Comfortable interpreting market data and KPI reports to guide business decisions and prioritise efforts.
Autonomy & Collaboration : Ability to work independently on leads and partnerships while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability : Committed to developing new skills and comfortable navigating emerging systems and technologies.
