East London – Office Based

The Opportunity:

Get Recruited is recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of an established courier company. The main responsibility is to drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and securing long-term customers.

The Role:

• Prospect and identify potential clients in target industries.
• Qualify leads and convert them into long-term relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demos, and presentations.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.

The Person:

• Proven experience in new business development and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Suitable for candidates from Field Sales, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, BDE, BDM, Area Sales, or similar roles.
