What you will be doing :
  • Manage inbound and outbound client engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the activities of competitors
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Show potential clients how our cloud and security solutions can benefit them
  • Create and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Create tailored proposals and close high-value deals
  • Work closely with the tech and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and transition new clients to account management after the sale
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and pipeline activity
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
What our client is looking for :
  • A relevant tertiary degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT) is beneficial
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT sector
  • Proven success in selling cloud and/or security solutions
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Certifications in cloud or security technologies (e.g., Mimecast, Netskope, Fortinet) are a plus
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in IT and digital transformation
