As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business development — identifying opportunities and growing our footprint with mid-market clients across South Africa and the UK. We're not just looking for a number hunter.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively generate new business in the Cybersecurity & IT space
  • Conduct security assessments and present impactful improvement plans
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to craft winning proposals
  • Manage your pipeline and report on performance
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh thinking to every conversation
Requirements
  • 4+ years of solution sales experience in MSPs, Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or Office Automation
  • A proven successful sales track record
  • Hunter mindset with confidence to open doors and close deals
  • Strong CRM and pipeline discipline
  • A collaborative style that helps clients trust you and teams deliver with you
