X-Proprietary Capital ZA is a tech-based trading research firm specializing in diverse trading and investing strategies, including both long-term and short-term trading plans.

Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive - Forex Trading at X-Proprietary Capital ZA. The role is located in Johannesburg, with flexibility for some work from home.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Lead Generation & Marketing : Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners via LinkedIn, online platforms, and other digital channels. Organize and distribute marketing materials (flyers) in targeted locations. Execute basic digital marketing and outreach campaigns to generate quality leads.
  2. Client & Partner Acquisition : Develop and maintain relationships with retail forex clients, affiliate marketers, and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  3. Event Coordination : Ensure weekly seminars are successfully planned and executed. Work with internal teams for event logistics, communication, and follow-ups.
Requirements :
  • Strong interest in the forex and financial trading space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, digital tools, and marketing channels.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
  • Experience in field marketing or sales is a plus.
Compensation Structure :

Initial Stage: Commission-based earnings based on closed deals. Progression Path: After closing 62 verified leads, the contract upgrades to a base salary of R15,000/month plus ongoing commissions on new clients and partners.
