They are currently in search of a qualified Business Development Associate located in Johannesburg to lead remote business development efforts for an exciting Swiss Asset Management Consulting Company.

Their aim is to expand their South African clientele, and they see you as the ideal leader for this mission.

As a crucial member of their growing team, your contributions will significantly influence the company's success and provide you with outstanding prospects for personal and professional development.

The most critical requirement for this role is a background and experience in the Asset Management sector, either directly or indirectly.

Individuals with experience in banks with a focus on the Asset Management side are welcome. Indirect experience could also include companies that have Asset Managers as their clients.

DUTIES :

  1. Research target clients across [specific region].
  2. Generate new leads and establish suitable points of contact.
  3. Engage with decision-makers at prospective clients and build strong relationships daily.
  4. Create, execute, and manage outbound sales and business development campaigns.
