EOR in Africa, a division of the AltGen Group, provides Employer of Record (EOR), PEO, Workforce Management and Recruitment services to global clients in the mining, agriculture, finance, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors across Africa. With entities in South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Kenya, Botswana, Mauritius, and the UK, we offer innovative employment solutions for our clients who require a reliable quality service.
With EOR we support fixed-term contracts for in-construction and operational capital projects as well as provide solutions to entities looking to grow their office-based workforce in new markets. We have multiple clients in the pipeline and with our unique business model, we have a strong pull to engage our services. Our PEO in-house team of experts ensure that our customers benefit from top-notch accounting, human resources and legal support.
You will have a relevant degree and at least 5+ years of business development experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the industries we target. We are looking for professionals with a proven track record in sales and strong conversion ratios of cold business development to profit. Since our services cover the full job lifecycle, candidates with a solid understanding of statutory requirements and human resources in various African territories will be highly advantageous.
You will find yourself spending 90% of your time on business development activities. The remainder will be directed to leadership of the team and management activities.
