In 2025, we will be launching our new worldwide Transport Management Solution (TMS), ParcelHero Pro, which allows retailers to pay a monthly subscription to centralize all orders and ship on their own carrier accounts using our cutting-edge shipping platform.

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive with experience in logistics or SaaS (Software as a Service). This is a unique opportunity to sell two distinct products: a highly competitive, innovative logistics solution and a cutting-edge shipping platform (monthly subscription SaaS).

Our technology is state-of-the-art, and our sales pitch is genuinely innovative. We are about to make significant waves in the logistics space, and we are looking for exceptional sales talent to help us deliver our message.

There is limited cold calling; you will be supported by a dedicated team of SDRs to generate warm leads. Our initial target market is SMEs, with plans to expand into the enterprise sector.

This is a remote, phone-based role.

Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to warm leads and perform product demos to acquire new customers.
  2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  3. Achieve mastery of our domain and products.
  4. Meet and exceed new business sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving performance.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products/services.
  7. Manage and update Salesforce to accurately track the sales pipeline.

Skills and Competencies

  1. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships and rapport.
  4. Ability to persuade, influence, and close sales.
  5. Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  6. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other relevant tech tools.
  7. Experience in demonstrating technology products/solutions.
  8. Industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.

The Details

  • Reports to: Head of Sales
  • Commission: ₱2,000,000 - ₱3,250,000 annually (on target earnings)
  • Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (GMT)
  • Benefits: 15 days holiday per year plus your birthday off
  • Requirements: Minimum 20 MB broadband, own PC/Laptop, and headset
