Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and proactively seek out new business opportunities for the sales department.
  2. Implement innovative prospecting methods such as cold calling.
  3. Assess and study the position of identified prospects within the industry.
  4. Prepare and present appropriate proposals to clients in a timely manner.
  5. Meet or exceed income targets.
  6. Support office and staff as required.
  7. Develop relationships with markets and key client decision-makers.
  8. Research different sales options and analyze them.
  9. Recommend solutions to client difficulties.
  10. Identify new opportunities and improvements to maximize profits.
  11. Analyze current market trends for products and suggest enhancements.
  12. Closely monitor competitors' brands.
  13. Collaborate effectively within the team.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Ideally 3-5 years of experience in sales and client service functions (strong applicants with less experience may be considered).
  2. University qualification or equivalent (advantageous but not essential).
  3. Demonstrated growth through continuous learning.
  4. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
