The Role

Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Development Consultant with Motor Dealer experience.

This role offers exposure to a diverse working environment and opportunities to connect with other professionals within the organization.

Location: Cape Town

Role Purpose: The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.

You will act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Hunt for new business / logos.
  2. Convert sales opportunities to wins and invoice.
  3. Market and sell the company's tracking application and solutions to the Motor Dealer channel.
  4. Generate sales / leads and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Ensure that all new clients are active on our CRM system.
  6. Actively drive pending fitments daily to ensure deals are fitted and on active status.
  7. Follow a call cycle and ensure clients are seen regularly.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Advantageous)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Driver's License and own car required
  • Knowledge of corporate governance
  • Relevant industry/domain knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Professionalism
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
