As part of their national expansion, they are seeking Business Development Consultants to drive growth through adviser partnerships and market engagement.

Bilingual fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential.

Role Purpose The Business Development Consultants is responsible for building strong relationships with financial advisers and driving the distribution of long-term insurance products.

You will play a key role in enabling adviser success through strategic sales support, onboarding, and training while ensuring a consistently excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with independent financial advisers and brokerage firms.

Drive business development by identifying and onboarding new intermediaries.

Support advisers in planning, quoting, and converting leads to new business.

Provide tools and resources to help advisers succeed, including product training and benefit presentations.

Deliver product updates and refresher sessions to ensure advisers remain confident and knowledgeable.

Execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.

Monitor market trends and feedback to refine offerings and improve the adviser journey.

Requirements Category Requirements English and Afrikaans is essential.
