  • Follow up on leads generated via social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to sell recruitment services.
  • Engage with previous clients to secure additional job vacancies.
  • Conduct cold calls to new prospects from a list of potential clients.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s client base through effective business development strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality communication and relationship management with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience in sales calls to the UK market is an advantage.
  • A natural sales persona with a fluent command of English (neutral accent).
  • Self-managed and self-disciplined with strong organizational skills.
  • Home office facilities are essential.
