POSITION INFO :

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to craft and implement business strategies that align with our vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth.
  • No one that has not worked in the recruitment industry agency environment (no internal talent acquisition).
  • Proven track record in running a successful recruitment desk in the recruitment industry (at least 3-5 years)
  • Someone with a focus on Business Development and with an interest in Business Development.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of business development efforts, providing regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • This person will work for Advtech Resourcing in all niches – and report to the head of business development directly.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
