Job Responsibilities

- Facilitate talent management conversations and integrate talent management practices by engaging with different clusters.
- Collate and present business reports that highlight the progress; value add and possibilities for further growth and development.
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives.
- Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank.
- Coordinate cost effective interventions by assessing business requirements and needs and sourcing appropriate internal or external solutions.
- Manage and optimise own business expenses in relation to the outputs or delivery of the role by aligning to the agreed budget or transfer pricing.
- Deliver on business requirements by prioritising and planning own activities in relation to the agreed requirements.
- Give advice on the improvement of business effectiveness by assessing and analysing various business indicators and putting forward recommendations.
- Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values by reviewing Nedbank and Business Unit Plan and ensuring delivered systems, process, services and solutions are aligned.
- Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
- Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.
- Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
- Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.

Masters Degree
Registered Industrial psychologist with HPCSA
Essential Certifications
Preference for registration with Health Professions Council as Psychometrics or Psychologist
Minimum Experience Level
Minimum 5 years psychometric and related consulting.
Minimum 8 years organisational development and effectiveness consulting experience in a complex environment.
Relevant accreditations in change management (preferably PROSCI) and/or team development instruments (i.e., Insights) and/or coaching.
Exceptional facilitator up to Senior Management level.
Experience (not exposure) in talent management/development/strategic workforce planning.
Proven track record of successfully implementing organisational development and change management initiatives.
