Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting the set budgetary targets
- Achieve commission targets
- Meet productivity/activity targets
- Draft and deliver proposals, prepare costings and create client propositions, in conjunction with General Manager: Sales or Regional Sales Director
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure that all sales are achieved in an ethical manner
- Ensure the timely completion and submission of daily, weekly and/or monthly reports to the Head of Sales
- Ensure credit applications, movement slips, and order confirmations are correctly completed, signed by client and uploaded into the vetting system
- Ensure that all Terms of Business (TOB), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and company procedures have been addressed with the client to ensure timeous payment of workers and our invoices
- Liaise with Debtors Department in terms of outstanding monies/account queries and following up with client to ensure payment is received
- Attend sales meetings as and when required
- Keep well informed on all relevant legislation, policies and processes
- Ensure that the operational hand-over is done correctly, so that contract workers and clients’ needs are met
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven sales track record within industries such as; Industrial, FMCG and logistics
- Previous sales experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) Industry will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils, Labour Relations Act (LRA) and the TES industry
- Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Public Speaking ability
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
