SUMMARY
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join a team who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Our client is looking to employ a Business Development Consultant (B2B).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Achieving Monthly targets
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Pro-actively generate/follow-up on corporate leads
  4. Report on outcome/daily calls
  5. Contact prospective clients
  6. Actively engage in cold-calling of prospective/follow-up clients
  7. Set up and confirm appointments with prospective clients
  8. Prepare all necessary documentation
  9. Liaise with the technical department regarding technical attendance at the prospective client's premises, if needed
  10. Schedule presentations at prospective clients' premises
  11. Liaise with technical department and confirm attendance of relevant Field Engineer
  12. Present the company's products, services, and prices accurately
  13. Closing of the sale
  14. Building relationships with existing clients
  15. Marketing of products
  16. Assisting the Retail Store when and if required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Matric
  2. 3 years Strong Sales/Business Development Consultant/IT Sales experience
  3. B2B Sales is a must
  4. Computer literate on MS Word and Excel/Familiarity with the IT environment/related products
  5. Valid driver's license and own transport is a must!
  6. Paying attention to detail
  7. Teamwork
  8. Stress Management
  9. Good numeracy skills/able to perform basic calculations
  10. Good written and verbal communication is a must
