Our client is looking to employ a Business Development Consultant (B2B).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving Monthly targets
Generate sales leads
Pro-actively generate/follow-up on corporate leads
Report on outcome/daily calls
Contact prospective clients
Actively engage in cold-calling of prospective/follow-up clients
Set up and confirm appointments with prospective clients
Prepare all necessary documentation
Liaise with the technical department regarding technical attendance at the prospective client's premises, if needed
Schedule presentations at prospective clients' premises
Liaise with technical department and confirm attendance of relevant Field Engineer
Present the company's products, services, and prices accurately
Closing of the sale
Building relationships with existing clients
Marketing of products
Assisting the Retail Store when and if required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric
3 years Strong Sales/Business Development Consultant/IT Sales experience
B2B Sales is a must
Computer literate on MS Word and Excel/Familiarity with the IT environment/related products
Valid driver's license and own transport is a must!
