Business Development Manager - B2B Experience (POS24311)

Boksburg of Edenvale

R 25 000 to R35 000 per month plus commission

Position Overview

Primary focus is to drive sales, through added value - Technical support, solution, service etc. Successful candidate will manage 4 to 6 sales people (KPI and Target) as well as 2 Support Technicians (Sales Engineers).

Experience & Education
  • Matric
  • Min 3 to 5 yrs. experience as Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
  • Come from an electronic B2B space that sell to multiple dealers/resellers
  • Business Development and Key Account Management experience will be a bonus
  • Affinity for technical product and solutions
  • Experience in either Security Distributors or Electrical Wholesales or ICT Distributors or related sectors
  • Experience in fire protection or security technology or ICT industry will be given preference
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects.
  • Recognising business opportunities.
  • Putting together bids to win new business.
  • Negotiating and agreeing contracts.
  • Strategically expanding, preserving or improving company procedures, standards or policies.
  • Included but not limited to only duties as mentioned above.
