Business Development Manager - B2B Experience (POS24311)

Boksburg or Edenvale

R 25000 to R35000 per month plus commission

Position Overview

The primary focus is to drive sales through added value such as technical support, solutions, and services. The successful candidate will manage 4 to 6 salespeople (meeting KPI and targets) as well as 2 Support Technicians (Sales Engineers).

Experience & Education

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in the electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers
  • Business Development and Key Account Management experience is a plus
  • Affinity for technical products and solutions
  • Experience in Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesalers, ICT Distributors, or related sectors
  • Experience in fire protection, security technology, or ICT industry will be preferred

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Managing the financial aspects of projects
  • Recognizing new business opportunities
  • Preparing bids to secure new business
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts
  • Strategically enhancing company procedures, standards, or policies
