Business Development Associate – Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.

As a Business Development Associate, your focus will be on identifying and engaging with decision-makers across local and global markets. You’ll generate leads, build brand awareness, set up demos, and work closely with the senior BD team to close deals and build lasting client relationships. It’s a role suited to someone who’s tenacious, curious, articulate, and eager to grow into a senior sales function.

Salary: R18 500 CTC per month + commission.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Completed Degree (BCom, BSc, BA, or related field)
  • 6 months to 2 years’ experience in a B2B or SaaS sales.
  • A strong customer-centric personality with excellent interpersonal and research skills.
  • A fast learner who can grasp financial concepts quickly.
