Role Overview

Our client is seeking a strategic, energetic, and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to lead growth across both internal business divisions and external ventures. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will assess, launch, and scale new initiatives while overseeing the performance of the marketing and creative team. Your role will be a driving force behind expansion, innovation, and aligned brand execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development Strategy
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities divisions, assessing market fit, resource alignment, and ROI.
  • Use a structured business template to analyse feasibility, scalability, and delivery models.
  • Launch and manage new service offerings or internal programs with cross-functional coordination.
  • Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships, clinical alliances, global retreats, and innovation pilots.
  • Build win-win agreements and nurture long-term collaborative relationships.
  • Represent our client in negotiations, forums, and B2B strategy conversations.
  • Marketing Team Management
  • Manage a results-driven marketing team including :
  • Social Media Managers
  • Web Designers & Developers
  • SEO & Content Specialists
  • Graphic Designers & Video Editors
  • Provide strategic direction, campaign oversight, and ensure all marketing efforts align with business growth targets.
  • Approve branding, campaign creative, and marketing timelines in line with launch schedules.

Campaign & Digital Oversight

Direct strategic execution across :

  • LinkedIn (professional thought leadership, B2B presence)
  • Instagram & YouTube (community building, visual storytelling)
  • SEO strategy (organic reach, keyword optimisation, landing page performance)
  • Campaign banner launches, brand assets, and external communications

Initiative Rollout & Project Management

  • Create rollout plans for new divisions, retreats, or service lines with clear KPIs and milestones.
  • Monitor progress across teams, address bottlenecks, and optimise for impact.
  • Liaise with Clinical Leads, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.

  • Experience managing marketing or creative teams toward performance targets.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with comfort in modelling new ventures.
  • Familiar with platforms including Notion, Google Suite, Slack, Webflow,
  • Mailchimp, and CRM tools.
  • Shape the future of regenerative health delivery in a high-growth, visionary organisation.
  • Elevate into Director-level leadership or Chief Growth Officer role.
  • Collaborate directly with global health partners, clinicians, and longevity innovators.
