Job description
  1. Experience in trading or selling agricultural grains (e.g., wheat, maize, rice, soybeans) or chemical products (e.g., synthetic rubbers, resins, plastics). Exposure to both sectors is a plus.
  2. Strong grasp of global market pricing and supply-demand dynamics.
  3. Proven ability in sales development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  4. Skilled in supplier sourcing and relationship management.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn research into actionable business strategies.
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
  7. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  8. Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and strategic planning.
