Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Account Manager to lead our Sales and Business Development efforts for our Professional Services and Titanium Talent PTY, Recruitment entities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Business within its entirety to take full ownership of current portfolios and formulate a centralized Account management system.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  3. Identify and grow revenue and increase sales in existing portfolios.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and grow revenue and sales within the portfolios.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, linked to OKRs and objectives.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  2. Experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT industry is highly beneficial.
  3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related role.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Corporate experience and IT projects experience is welcomed.
  6. Strong understanding of the sales cycle.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
