The successful candidate will focus on identifying prospective clients, generating qualified business opportunities, building relationships and arranging appointments for Private Wealth Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking and lead-generation activities.
• Generate and qualify business opportunities for Private Wealth Managers.
• Schedule client meetings and introductory consultations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Support business development initiatives and client acquisition strategies.
• Develop an understanding of offshore investment solutions, international wealth management and financial planning services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
• Assist with diary management, appointment coordination and general administrative responsibilities.
• Work towards agreed business development targets and performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative abilities.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, investments or wealth management advantageous.
• An interest in offshore investments and international financial markets.
