Job Title : Business Developer (Pretoria & Midrand)

Remuneration : Negotiable with Commission

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Midrand and Pretoria, to join the team of a leading staffing provider.

The Business Developer will meet clients face-to-face, solve problems, and grow business partnerships. We require knowledge of the BCEA, HR and work experience from a Labour Broker or Permanent and Temporary Employment Service background with extensive contract management work experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients in the Midrand / Pretoria area
  • Make sales calls and set up face-to-face appointments
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities and close deals
  • Present services professionally and confidently
  • Problem-solve and find tailored solutions for client needs

Requirements :

  • Sales or client-facing experience (previous B2B experience is a plus!)
  • Knowledge of human resources, staffing and industrial relations beneficial
  • Knowledge of South African law, specifically contract, commercial, and labour law
  • Valid driver's license & own transport
  • Professional, presentable, and client-focused

Salary : Market Related (plus commission)
