Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to meet revenue targets.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify, qualify and initiate conversations with new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Mindworx Academy's training solutions and value proposition.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Learning and Development, CIO, Procurement, and Finance departments within target organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Mindworx Academy's solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM database or any internal working document/tool.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and marketing materials.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Gain an understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their current and future training needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing account opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present learning solutions to a large audience.
  • Suggest ways to increase client engagement.
  • Resolve issues and handle client complaints quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT training or education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and digital skills landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
