A leading recruitment solution provider seeks a data analyst to support the Customer Engagement Team. This role involves analyzing data, delivering reports, and managing stakeholders to enhance business strategies and operational efficiency. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in a retail setting, and strong knowledge of data visualization tools.
The principal objective of this role is to support the Customer Engagement Team and wider business stakeholders to analyse data and draw conclusions and insights to :
QUALIFICATIONS :
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field i.e. data visualization and analytics, working with businesses to shape and their business strategies, improve operational efficiency and performance. Experience in a retail environment is desirable.
Consolidation of data from multiple data sources.
Internal and external stakeholder management enabling delivery of business objectives.
REQUIRED ABILITIES AND APTITUDES :
Skills and Knowledge :
Reporting / Dashboard Tool (Power BI or Tableau) – Good knowledge and experience required..
MS Excel – must have demonstrable skills either through certification or experience; preferably Advanced Level.
MS PowerPoint – must be able to summarise data analysis to communicate key messages in an engaging manner.
MS Word to enable report writing.
