Job Title: Business Cycle & ZBB Manager

AB InBev Africa is seeking a dynamic Business Cycle & ZBB Manager to lead the monthly business cycle for BU South East (BUSE), overseeing management reporting and forecasting, including Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monthly Cycle: Deliver the FP&A Monthly Cycle, collaborate with relevant functions, prepare presentations for leadership review, drive finance excellence projects, and optimize management reporting processes.
  2. ZBB Management: Oversee ZBB across Africa, review packages, prepare month-end decks, execute latest estimate processes, conduct annual cycles, and lead stakeholder collaborations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar; CA, CIMA, or MBA preferred.
  • 3-4 years in a business environment; experience managing teams is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, strategy, and finance.
  • Proficient in accounting, financial statements, and tools like Microsoft Office, Syspro, Cognos, SAP.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
