Job Description:

The Business Banking Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring prompt service, understanding customer needs, and processing requests efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • Achieve net profit growth for the business
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions
  • Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio through contact and lead generation
  • Increase the active customer account base to expand the client portfolio
  • Maintain expert knowledge of specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to meet sales targets
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities within the business portfolio and strengthen client relationships
  • Contact prospective clients and sell suitable banking products to meet sales goals
  • Provide efficient administrative support through careful planning, reporting, and updating of all related information
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements
  • Enter and maintain qualified leads in the sales pipeline daily
  • Monitor and influence sales and service activities to increase efficiency
  • Provide accurate sales and service statistics
  • Focus on personal development to enhance competencies
