The Role
This role supports the SEAM region (South Africa, Mauritius, and Uganda) and is based in Johannesburg.
As a Business and Technical Senior Analyst, you will lead business analysis, project management, and application support activities within the Operations team. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions, supporting internal applications, and contributing to strategic planning and automation initiatives.
Business Analysis
• Define and document business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed process, technical, and system specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Project Management
• Oversee the implementation of new processes and system updates.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
Planning and Roadmaps
• Contribute to the development of application roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Assist in strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of projects with overall business goals.
Application Management
• Provide support for internal applications, ensuring their performance and availability.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of application integrations.
• Manage system administration tasks and oversight.
• Support automation and AI initiatives.
