To manage and direct the operational function of the Branch. To ensure the provision of effective, sustainable and legally compliant healthcare solutions that is aligned to the Client’s requirements and adheres to Company Policy. To ensure that the branch is aligned to the Company business strategy and values.
Minimum Requirements:
National Diploma in Nursing or related discipline
Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
Minimum of 3 years post experience
A minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experience
Knowledge of the LRA and BCEA
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the branch is aligned to company structures and processes
Ensure that employee practices are aligned to their respective KPAs and policies and processes are enforced
Drive the business to ensure that monthly targeted billings are attained
Manage operations to ensure that costs are contained within the budgeted figures
Proactively identify new potential Client segments in the Healthcare Industry
Understand key competitors and identify opportunities to grow and retain the business and increase market share
Develop and maintain sound relationships with the clients
Engage with the Nurse Managers and Unit Managers to identify opportunities, staffing requirements and to identify and assist with proactive solutions
Recruitment of Assignees
Registration, induction and orientation of assignees
On-going upskilling and clinical evaluations of assignees
Enforce Charisma policy and procedure at the clinical interface
Ensure and enforce that the Charisma assignees adhere to the policy and procedure of the clients to which they are allocated
Monitor and manage the conduct and performance of the Charisma assignees at the clinical interface
Attend various appropriate meetings at the clinical interface
Assist with the maintenance and integrity of the database
Record keeping, compiling reports, monitoring trends and statistics
On-going personal development ensuring that knowledge and skills are current to the clinical environment
