Job Summary

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in our organization by facilitating business analysis activities, collaborating with software developers, and ensuring effective project implementation.

This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities to meet the evolving needs of our clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis Support: Assist in the development and application of business analysis frameworks, scope projects, and contribute to solution design.
2. Collaboration with Developers: Communicate project needs and requirements to software developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Training and Implementation: Facilitate training sessions and oversee go-live implementation to ensure smooth transitions.
4. Documentation and SOPs: Prepare comprehensive documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
5. Data Configuration and Optimization: Configure and populate master data into optimization systems.
6. Testing and Process Improvement: Conduct software testing and troubleshoot issues.
7. Business Process Reengineering: Map and reengineer business processes for optimization.
8. Project Management and Auditing: Manage projects, conduct audits to ensure quality and compliance.
9. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to assess their needs and communicate project progress and outcomes.
10. Documentation and Analysis: Document studies, problems, solutions, and create reports and analyses.
11. Data Analysis: Perform analytics on studies, problems, and client requests.
12. Scientific Computing: Apply scientific computing skills to determine suitable methods for addressing studies and requests.
13. Excel Development: Create custom Excel spreadsheets for analysis and calculations.
14. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new methods, software, and techniques relevant to the role.
15. Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in scientific computing is a plus.

Package & Remuneration
